Coral Pleas is a Master Stylist with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. 20 of those years have been as a salon owner and /or partner. She presently sits on the Board of the Directors of Intercoiffure Mondial America/Canada, and has been an "A" Member of the prestigious organization since 1998. Intercoiffure was founded in 1933 for the purpose of bringing together the most talented and prestigious members in hairdressing for educational and cooperative opportunities. In addition for the past 18 years, Coral has been certified as a National Educator and Platform Artist for Paul Mitchell in the United States and the United Kingdom teaching the latest hair trends along with business building ideas. She has performed as a platform artist alongside legends such as Robert Cromeans and Jeanne Braa.

A firm believer in industry education, Coral continues to attend numerous educational events locally and abroad including New York, Miami, and London. Her photo work has been published in various national styling magazines, and she is one of the editorial stylists for Style Magazine with the Sarasota Herald Tribune.

Coral believes that the next generation of hairdressers is changing the way we teach, and that they are motivated to learn at an accelerated pace. It has long been her vision to provide them with a creative environment in which to work and develop their passion. When the opportunity to work with her children became a possibility, she jumped at the chance. Coral says, "Our leadership style and our staff set us apart from other salons. Our staff is always carefully selected and trained. We are constantly seeking out and studying the latest industry techniques and services. We are committed to pampering our guests while providing fashion and fun in a relaxed salon atmosphere leaving our guests feeling fabulous".

Travis Scheuer, Coral's son, is a brilliant talent in his own right. Travis has been a full-time stylist since 2004 and has already been tapped by Paul Mitchell and Keith Chandler, President of 3-6-5 Premier Education, to teach nationally and abroad. In addition to teaching abroad, Travis works with Cutting Loose's Advanced Education and Apprenticeship Program teaching them to master the French Hair Cutting system and coloring technique.

Taelor comes into the industry with a creative background in art, photography, and design. Taelor, Coral's daughter, grew up immersed in the beauty industry. Taelor earned her Cosmetology license in 2010, but chose to work in the management field rather than behind the chair. Instead, Taelor infuses her passion for the industry into coaching the aspiring stylists of Afterhours by Cutting Loose Salon, which opened in 2010 to cultivate the next generation of hairdressers. Taelor thrives to share her passion for the industry with her peers, and finds inspiration in seeing that same passion in others. Taelor has advanced education in business philosophy as well as hairdressing. She has attended seminars in New Orleans, New York, and Miami including Serious Business, Paul Mitchell "The Gathering", Millennium's Spring Symposium, Bumble and Bumble's elite "Immersion" course, and Inspiring Champions.

I have been a hairdresser since 2001. I have been a member of the Cutting Loose Salon and Spa team since 2009. I have received advanced instruction from Paul Mitchell, Bumble and Bumble, Eufora, and Candy Shaw with the Jamison Shaw Academy, one of the innovators of the French Hair Cutting System and Balyage highlighting technique. I am a Paul Mitchell Educator, and I love that Cutting Loose Salon and Spa has allowed me not only to further my own advanced education and explore my own talents and creativity, but also to share my passion and instill my love for this industry in others. As one of the Instructors of Cutting Loose Salon's Advanced Education Program, I teach the French Hair Cutting System and color techniques and cultivate the talents of our Associates and Rising Stars. My work has been published in Hair Gallery 2010 as well as Inspire.

I have been a stylist at Cutting Loose Salon and Spa since its inception in 2008. I specialize in hair color and texture. I enjoy creating edgy haircuts as well as bringing a new look to classic styles. Originally from the United Kingdom, I moved to the US in 1995. I have been a hairdresser for over 30 years with experience cutting using British and French techniques. My work has been published in the States and the UK in publications like Hair Gallery 2010 and the Daily Mirror. I have been a Eufora Educator, and I enjoy teaching my guests about the wonderful benefits of our professional product lines. I have learned from some of the best educators in our industry including Peter Collinge, Candy Shaw with the Jamison Shaw Academy, and at the Loreal School of London.

I joined the Cutting Loose Salon and Spa team in 2010. I have 35 years of experience in the beauty industry. I thoroughly enjoy working with this team who also share my passion for hair styling and an amazing guest experience. I have had my work published in numerous hair trade magazines such as Inspire. I have done platform work for Logics, Regal & Wella, and Loreal. I have received advanced training from instructors like Beth Minardi, Siggers Hairdressers, and Candy Shaw with the Jamison Shaw Academy. I myself have been an instructor for many years working with Rizzari Academy in New Jersey, Bumble and Bumble, and Paul Mitchell. I specialize in the French color technique and the French Hair Cutting System.

I have been studying and rediscovering my passion for hair all over the world since 2000. Originally, I studied hair dressing in New York City. I have trained all over Florida and in Atlanta, GA with Candy Shaw from the Jamison Shaw Academy to master the French technique. Most recently, I spent a year in Germany being trained in precision hair cutting, a technique revolutionized by Vidal Sassoon. I have received training from the Loreal Soho Academy, and colorist Nancy Braun. I have also worked as a colorist backstage with the models of famed stylist Martin Parson. My goal is to give as much back to this amazing industry as it has given to me.

I have been styling with Cutting Loose Salon and Spa since 2008. I am the Director of Education for Cutting Loose's Advanced Education Program, and I absolutely love teaching the way the French Hair Cutting System and Balyage highlighting technique can transform a haircut! I am also a Network Educator for Bumble and Bumble. I have received advanced training from innovators like Nicholas French, Ammon Carver, Ted Gibson, Beth Minardi, and Paul Mitchell. I have also completed two advanced training sessions at the Jamison Shaw Academy with Candy Shaw. I have worked backstage as a hairdresser at Intercoiffure Nouveau in New York City and Miami. I love doing photo shoots: I have styled models for Style Magazine and worked multiple times with photographer Tom Carsons. As a hairdresser, I really enjoy applying my advanced education to creating one of a kind looks that express my guest's own individuality.

I have worked for Cutting Loose Salon and Spa both as an apprentice and stylist since 2008, but I have been doing hair professionally since 2010. I am a graduate of Cutting Loose's Advanced Education System that helped me develop my intense passion for the beauty industry. You can find my work published in Hair 2011, Inspire and the cover of Style Magazine. In 2010, I won Tropical Hair Fantasy, a fun charity runway competition here in Sarasota. One of my sincere passions is performing as a platform artist. I have worked backstage and on stage as a hairdresser and as a model at Intercoiffure Nouveau in New York City and Miami. I have had the privilege to train with legends like Nicholas French, Chrystofer Benson, Ammon Carver, and the Matrix Artistic Team. I have been through two courses with the Jamison Shaw Academy to learn the advanced French Hair Cutting system and coloring techniques. I have worked alongside famed photographer Tom Carsons in photo shoots as a stylist and a model. I am the Artistic Director for Cutting Loose Salon and Spa, as well as a Network Educator for Bumble and Bumble. I like working with shorter styles of all textures. My motto is to keep it simple yet sexy!

I have been immersed in the beauty industry since I was born. My father was a salon owner and thus began my passion for hairstyling at a very young age. I worked as an Associate when Cutting Loose Salon and Spa opened in 2008, and have grown to become a Designer Stylist in just 4 years. I was the first graduate of Cutting Loose's Advanced Education Program to be promoted from the Afterhours Salon to Cutting Loose Salon and Spa. I love creating romantic and beautiful formal styles and blowouts, as well as creating unique edgy looks for hair competitions, photo shoots, and fashion shows. One of my specialties is extensions. My work has been on the cover of Sarasota Magazine and in several hair trade magazines. I have attended numerous advanced education workshops and I am always striving to take my work to the next level.

I have been in the salon industry since 1995, and have had the pleasure of working at Cutting Loose Salon and Spa since 2010. I am trained in the British and French Hair Cutting systems, as well as a graduate of Cutting Loose's Advanced Education Program. I love creating dimensional color and styles as I have worked with multiple lines including Redken, Loreal Majirel, INOA, and Shades EQ. I've most enjoyed working with Paul Mitchell's The Color and the PM Shine collection, because of the true and lasting results. I am certified in the Coppola Keratin Treatment and the Brazilian Blowout smoothing technique. I have worked with legendary photographer Tom Carsons, and attended advanced training with Candy Shaw of the Jamison Shaw Academy to specialize in the French Hair Cutting system and the Balyage highlighting technique. I consider myself a well-rounded stylist and love all aspects of hairdressing. Additionally, I serve as a Salon Team Leader and I enjoy ensuring the exceptional quality of the Cutting Loose Salon & Spa experience

I have been with Cutting Loose Salon and Spa since 2010. My passion for hair styling extends from creating one of a kind up-do's and formal styles to cutting and coloring anything from textured to fine hair. I love to do it all! I specialize in precision hair cutting and advanced blowouts. I have received advanced education from Candy Shaw with the Jamison Shaw Academy in the French Hair Cutting and color systems, Beth Minardi, Cobra Hair Academy, Rusk, Paul Mitchell, and Bumble and Bumble. I am also an instructor of Cutting Loose's Advanced Education program in formal styling, as well as a Paul Mitchell Educator. My work has been printed in publications including Hair Gallery, Inspire, and I've also had my work grace the cover of Sarasota Magazine.

I have been with the salon since 2009. I have been a stylist since 2005. I love creating unique, vibrant, and innovative hairstyles. I specialize in creative color techniques like Color Blocking and Ombré, which gives a beautiful organic look to highlights. As a graduate of Cutting Loose's Advanced Education Program, I love sharing my passion with others when I teach the Men's Hairstyling and the Braiding Techniques portions of the Advanced Education system. I have worked backstage in New York at Intercoiffure Nouveau, and I have attended workshops from Paul Mitchell, Bumble and Bumble, and Coppola's Keratin smoothing treatment.

I am the Lead Esthetician and Make-up Artist in Cutting Loose Salon and Spa's divine Pamper Lounge. I was born in La Puente, California, and I received my Cosmetology license in 2008. I always strive to continue my education as I love to learn new esthetic and make-up techniques! I took part in several specialized esthetics courses in 2010 and 2011. I have worked several trade shows in Miami, New York, and Orlando alongside Repéchage's owner and CEO Lydia Sarfati. In New York City, I received hands on training in a master class with Lydia Sarfati to specialize in Repéchage's revolutionary BioLight product line. I have a passion for make-up design and was personally trained by Face Stockholm, the amazing Swedish Make-up Collection that is featured at Cutting Loose Salon and Spa. As a make-up artist, my work has been published multiple times in Style Magazine. I love that Cutting Loose Salon and Spa is so engaged in our community, and I have done the make-up for several local fashion shows for charity. I love to bring out the natural beauty inside every woman, and to help them recreate the look themselves!
