This past week, we had the incredible opportunity to travel to New York City with 10 of our team members. It was an unforgettable experience filled with inspiration, education, and moments that remind us why we do what we do.

One of the highlights of the trip was seeing three of our talented protégés take the stage in the prestigious Nouveau Contest, where young stylists from across the country showcased their artistry. We were thrilled to watch Chelsea and Holly Hedgpeth earn 2nd place with their stunning model presentation. Their hard work, creativity, and dedication shined brightly, and we could not be more proud.

This year was especially meaningful because Travis joined us in NYC. Having him alongside us for this experience was so special. We were also fortunate to have Kelly, our Salon Partner, and Katie, our Director of Education, travel with us. Their presence and leadership made the trip even more impactful for the team.

We also had the pleasure of joining Bumble and Bumble for a special team dinner while in the city. This evening was such a highlight—it made Travis feel truly welcomed and connected to the brand, and gave our whole team a chance to celebrate together outside of the event. Moments like these remind us how meaningful our partnerships are and how they enrich the journey for everyone on our team.

Beyond the contest, we were able to immerse ourselves in the culture, energy, and excitement of New York City, a whole new world of inspiration that we know will fuel our artistry back home.
