Recently, our leadership team came together for a Strength-focused education class centered around the CliftonStrengths assessment. Guided by our educator Shannon Asimius, and alongside our incredible Bumble and bumble partner Stacy Bobo, this experience gave our leaders powerful insight into how they naturally think, lead, and connect with others.
CliftonStrengths helps identify individual talents and teaches leaders how to lean into what they do best—rather than focusing on perceived weaknesses. For our team, this meant gaining a deeper understanding of how each leader shows up for their guests, their peers, and the next generation of stylists coming up behind them.
